To begin the Artistic effects editing process, follow these steps: Launch Snapseed. Press the Menu Button and select Your Collection from the Categories button in the top left corner. Click on The Artistic. Set the Adjustments to Normal. Click Create Adjustment. In the Create Adjustment dialog box, set the percentage to 100%, the Transparency to 100%, and the Blur to 75%. Click Create Adjustment. When the adjustments are complete, click OK. Click on Filter>Add Filter to your collection. Select The Artistic and then click OK. Click Edit.

Step 1 Find your photo on your computer or the picture folder. 

Step 2 Open Snapseed and tap Edit, then the Adjustments palette. 

Step 3 From the palette, tap Filter, then Underlay, then Reforging. 

Step 4 Switch the filter to Defocus or Fisheye. 

Step 5 Toggle the brightness and contrast. 

Step 6 If you want to experiment with Instagram-style filtered photos, choose Image>Themes, and choose None. Step 7 You can use the Fill option if you want a light effect for a completely black photo. You can use the Filter option if you want a light effect for a completely black photo. 

Step 8 If you want to add some color, tap the color palette on the right side and choose fill, fill-rectangle, filled-line, fill-stroke, and circle. 

Step 9 Or you can switch to the Blur and Motion filters.
